Usage
Usage: Take a scoop of 15 ml (approx. 9 g) powder in 3-4 dl water and shake until the powder dissolves.
Recommended daily dose: Two doses per day before or during physical exertion or as needed. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Intended for adults and children over 12 years.
