Bakis fluid replacement is a carbohydrate-electrolyte solution that improves water absorption during physical exercise. Bakis also contains Vitamin C which contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. Always follow the instructions on the package. Recommended for adults and children from 3 years.

Usage

Two effervescent tablets (one dose) are dissolved in 300 ml of water. Do not use mineral water. Wait until the effervescent tablets are completely dissolved. The recommended dose of Bakis is 4 tablets (2 doses) daily. The daily dose should not be exceeded. The product should be kept out of the reach of small children. Dietary supplement should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. The finished solution can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 day.

It is common knowledge that alcohol dries out the body and the condition that many people experience the day after alcohol consumption can often be due to the body’s fluid balance being disturbed. One dose of Bakis contains a combination of fluid, various salts and sugars that help the body absorb fluid more efficiently than by simply drinking regular tap water. In addition, Bakis has a fresh taste of lemon-lime and a daily requirement of vitamin C which helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

When you drink alcohol, the body’s production of the hormone ADH, which controls the kidneys’ fluid uptake, decreases. The volume of urine then increases and as more fluid is excreted instead of being absorbed, one becomes dehydrated. The body keeps the balance between fluid and electrolytes relatively constant, but the body cannot create or store sodium chloride, potassium chloride and other salts. For example, about 4-6 grams of NaCl are excreted every day. Drinking only water can therefore further increase dehydration as the body gets rid of water to compensate for less salts. For effective fluid replacement, water and electrolytes need to be supplied in an optimal balance.
